Description
Meet the version of you that wants to submit and the part of you that’s afraid to.
You don’t need more Tiktoks from Tripp. You need clarity.
This journal is a guided archetype discovery workbook for submissive-identifying people who crave power exchange but want to understand why they want what they want without shame, confusion, or self-abandonment.
Inside, you’ll explore desire as a mirror:
What you’re reaching for (safety, devotion, freedom, structure, play, intensity)
What you’re protecting (fear, loneliness, control, unworthiness)
And what patterns show up when you’re turned on… and when you’re triggered
This is erotic, emotionally intelligent, and built for real-life submission.
What’s inside
30 guided journaling prompts, covering 4 themes:
✅ Theme 1: Foundation Archetype Discovery
Uncover the needs beneath your submission: safety, belonging, resilience, and care.
✅ Theme 2: Desire in Motion
Track what turns you on, what unlocks surrender, and what “tone” you crave most.
✅ Theme 3: Integration + Identity
Explore structure, transformation, truth, and the kind of dynamic that actually stabilizes you.
✅ Theme 4: Shadow Work Only
Identify your self-abandonment patterns and build a “shadow interruption plan” to stay in consent, dignity, and choice.
Who it’s for
You’re submissive-identifying (or submissive-curious)
You want emotionally safe power exchange, not chaos
You’re turned on by roles, structure, intensity, or surrender—but want to understand your deeper drivers
You’re tired of guessing what you need and calling it “chemistry”
You want submission that makes you more you, not less you
Who it’s not for
Anyone looking for a generic kink checklist
Anyone who wants submission without boundaries, communication, or emotional responsibility
What you’ll walk away with
A clearer understanding of your core archetypal drivers
Language to describe what you want (and why) without over-explaining
A map of your shadow patterns (testing, people-pleasing, dissociation, escalation, self-erasure)
A practical framework for safer vetting + scene containers
More confidence in your desires—and more discernment in who gets access to them

This diary is so powerful!!! It asks questions that strips your real and vulnerable self. It puts a giant mirror in front of you and demands you to look deep inside of yourself, who are you without masks? Are you willing to face yourself? Are you brave enough? After reading all the questions, I felt raw, with discomfort, with my mind racing with a million fires; I suppose it will take me a while to answer all of them, to reflect upon myself and peel layer after layer of questions and answers and on the other end, I wonder what I will learn about myself. Tripp did it again!!! Absolutely beautiful resource 🩷🩷🩷🩷

Being a sub can be an incredibly fulfilling experience if done with intelligence, honesty and intention…but you don’t know what you don’t know. This journal really helps you look deep within yourself and explore what you might not have thought about so you can dive into to the experience in a way that’s truly beneficial to your life. I’m so grateful to have this journal.

The Submissive Archetype and Shadow Journal is a valuable tool for examining the underlying motivations that drive one’s desires and/or interest in power dynamics. Tripp thoughtfully scaffolds the prompts to delve deeper over time, and the resulting opportunities for reflection are really helpful for gaining insights and confidence.
For someone who is interested in better understanding themselves within the framework of the archetypes, this journal is a great starting point! I’ve learned from Tripp that understanding one’s own psychological and emotional motivations is a huge piece of the puzzle when it comes to the power dynamics of kink. Totally worth the purchase!
